  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate channels while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Analyze and address customer complaints, providing solutions that exceed expectations and promoting a positive brand image.

### Content Moderation

  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a safe online environment.
  • Identify and address any potential issues or concerns related to user-generated content.

### Brand Advocacy
