Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identifying the type of assistance needed and escalating issues when necessary
  • Delivering information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients
  • Managing customer expectations and providing timely resolutions to their inquiries
  • Actively engaging customers in online chat contexts to provide support and resolve issues
  • Performing additional duties as assigned, including handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting

Requirements and Qualifications
