Job Summary

As a Customer Service Support Representative – Outbound Lab Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal stakeholders, receive accurate and timely information about our products and services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving routine customer requests, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

* Act as a liaison between arenaflex, our customers, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries

  • Resolve routine customer requests via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet, providing courteous, friendly, and professional service
  • Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution, providing additional education and information as needed
  • Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
  • Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, including administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired

  • Previous experience in a customer service role desired; experience working in a contact center/call center environment is a plus
  • Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office, medical laboratory, or hospital, is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is required; experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent ability to listen and respond; must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required; strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable

Work Schedule and Location

* Your planned work schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Eastern Time Zone); hours may change/vary based on business need and/or the request(s) of your supervisor or management

  • During the initial training period of up to three months, the schedule will be Monday - Friday
  • Work will be performed remotely

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour worked
