Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Working with large, complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across various operations and systems
- Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve data quality
- Documenting processes and sharing expertise with colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and growth
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manage data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
- Creativity and a User Experience (UX) focus to develop impactful Tableau dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
- Business Operations fluency, with the ability to identify and root cause business problems (Supply Chain background with transportation experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
- Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
