Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Customer or Client Requests: Managing and responding to inquiries or requests from customers or clients related to data entry tasks, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Typing Speed and Accuracy: A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong understanding of computer operations and software applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic data management tools.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective organizational skills to manage large volumes of information and ensure that data is sorted, categorized, and stored properly.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and employing time-tracking tools to stay on schedule.
