Responsibilities

As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via web chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution

Key Skills and Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Adaptable and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
  • Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers
  • Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
