Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess prior customer service experience and strong geographical knowledge. Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products is preferred, but not required. You should be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
