Key Responsibilities

As a remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with complaints and questions about specific products or services
  • Modifying and escalating complaints across various communication channels
  • Responding promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
  • Being the first point of contact and advocate for customers

Requirements
