Position Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to offer exceptional customer support via email and chat. This role is hybrid, with 2 days working in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While prior experience in customer support is a plus, it's not required as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities

As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Quickly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues
  • Providing accurate and detailed information to customers about products, services, and company policies
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously
  • Working with other departments to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Continuously enhancing job knowledge through participation in training sessions and educational opportunities

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are a plus
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial but not required
