Equitable Advisors is a respected wealth management firm dedicated to helping clients secure their financial well-being. The Wealth Management Associate role involves developing client relationships and providing financial services that address evolving financial needs.
Responsibilities
- Help clients secure their financial well-being by providing confidence to pursue long and fulfilling lives
- Develop markets and sustain long-term relationships
- Participate in local and national development programs as well as joint-work opportunities for hands-on experience
- Encourage pursuit of professional designations including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
- Participate in management opportunities for those wanting to advance into leadership
Skills
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- A four-year college degree is preferred but not required
- We will help you navigate obtaining the required state licenses as well as sitting for the SIE which must be passed prior to onboarding
- We will sponsor your pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations which must be passed prior to onboarding
- Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic and the desire to help others plan for and protect their financial futures
- Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities with a high degree of self-confidence
- Ability to draw upon past/present experiences and acquaintances to develop markets and sustain long-term relationships
- A four-year college degree is preferred but not required
