The Role

You will be responsible for answering frequently asked questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner. With full training provided, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a new career or supplement their income.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate and helpful information in a timely manner

  • Utilize a document with answers to commonly asked questions to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve complex issues and provide additional support when needed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and team members

  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access these platforms (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
