Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every flight is a success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting the aircraft cabin to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Operating ground equipment, such as freight vans, trucks, and high-lift trucks, safely and efficiently
• Conducting security assessments on each flight, adhering to current safety and security protocols and regulations
• Using electronic devices and computers to track and verify the cleanliness and preparation of the aircraft
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that every flight is prepared to the highest standards
• Working flexible shifts, including early morning and late evening shifts, to accommodate our flight schedules
• Meeting or exceeding productivity and performance targets, as measured by our team leaders and management

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful as a Cabin Experience Agent, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the US
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have a basic education and be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and safely
• Pass a physical ability assessment (PAT) to ensure your ability to perform the duties of the role
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety and the safety of others
