[Remote] Scrum Master
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus4Tech is seeking an Entry Level Scrum Master to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile principles within the team. The role involves assisting with backlog management, coordinating with stakeholders, and promoting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Facilitated Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Supported the team in following Agile and Scrum principles throughout the sprint cycle
- Assisted in removing impediments by coordinating with developers, testers, and stakeholders
- Helped maintain and track Sprint backlog, burn-down charts, and Agile metrics
- Coordinated with Product Owner to ensure user stories were well-defined and prioritized
- Promoted continuous improvement by capturing action items and supporting team collaboration
