Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Assist customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information to ensure a seamless travel experience
  • Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications
