Affiliates Executive
Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, and they are seeking an Affiliates Executive to support affiliate relationships and campaign coordination. The role involves maintaining communications with affiliates, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Affiliate Relationship Support - Daily communications with affiliates via email and Slack channels + assist in onboarding new affiliates, maintaining ongoing communications, and ensuring timely responses to partner inquiries
- Website content co-ordination: Support with creative and written word briefs across brand, campaign, partnership and blog pages
- Stakeholder Management: Support communication between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth campaign launches, facilitate data reporting and resolve operational issues
- Performance Monitoring: Track daily and monthly KPIs, generate performance reports, and identify trends or opportunities for growth
- Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of affiliate promotions and campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking links, creative assets, and terms
- Creative Management: Help coordinate delivery of approved marketing materials and offers to affiliates
- Payment Processing: Assist in verifying and processing monthly affiliate invoices and performance-based commissions
Skills
- You have junior level experience in a marketing role/internship or hold a degree in a relevant/adjacent field
- You have excellent communication skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset
- You're analytical and eager to learn and develop
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
- Interest in sports, betting, fantasy, or gaming industries is a must
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience working in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing or partnerships
- Experience using Slack or similar business comms software
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, Impact, Intellitics or Partnerize), or digital marketing tools is preferred but not required
