[Remote] Subrogation Research and Creation Specialist

The Research and Creation Team Specialist handles inbound calls, initiates new claim files, and identifies potential subrogation claims, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound ACD call line, providing prompt, professional customer service to members and insurance companies
  • Create new claim files with accurate and complete information
  • Regularly access client systems to gather information for inventory creation
  • Use multiple computer systems to review claim data and work efficiently

Skills

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience in health insurance, legal, property and casualty, or related fields preferred
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
