Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

The Insurance Agent role involves building a strong local network and in-person relationships to drive sales of Auto, Home, and Life insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community
- Achieve sales goals through a combination of base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospects
- Attend training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Skills
- Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
- Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base
- Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
- A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life
