[Remote] Internal IT Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Syncro is a remote-first B2B SaaS company focused on empowering businesses through its all-in-one PSA + RMM platform. They are seeking an Internal IT Sales Development Representative to create a pipeline with Internal IT teams at small and mid-sized businesses through multi-channel outreach and collaboration with sales leadership.

Skills
- 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to technical or IT buyers
- Proven success in outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, and social selling
- Comfortable working from a target account list and hitting activity + SQL goals
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can be concise, clear, and punchy in outreach
- Curious about technology and how IT teams work; you're comfortable talking about tools and workflows
- Coachable, competitive, and willing to test new approaches and iterate quickly
- Experience prospecting into Internal IT teams or related personas (IT Ops, Help Desk, SysAdmin, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/HubSpot, Gong/Jiminny, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
- Experience in a similar mid-market / commercial segment (200–1,500 employee companies)
