Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Process orders and resolve issues related to order status, shipping, and stock availability
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track call types
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards and support service levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
  • Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
  • Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
  • Ability to navigate information systems and internet
  • Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual French speaking skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
