Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing courteous and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Addressing customer inquiries regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, product information, and general healthcare-related questions, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Processing orders, refill requests, and medication transfers accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customer needs are met and that our systems are running smoothly.
  • Collaborating with pharmacy teams and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution, working closely with colleagues to provide seamless support.
  • Educating customers on available services, programs, and resources to meet their healthcare needs, empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards, upholding the trust that our customers place in us.
  • Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to document interactions and track customer feedback, ensuring that we're always improving our services and meeting customer needs.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets, demonstrating our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems and utilizing software applications, including CRM software and other tools.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating our commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency, upholding the arenaflex values.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, prescription medications, and insurance coverage is a plus, but not essential.
