Job Summary

As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence. Key Responsibilities

* Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Review work process reports to ensure required data is available and request any missing documentation as needed
• Output, scan, and list reports, as well as plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
• Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
• Monitor supply stock and arrange supplies as necessary
• Assist other staff members with related tasks on an as-needed basis

Requirements

* Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

• No prior work experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
• Standard office equipment, including a computer, printer, and scanner

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
