Key Responsibilities

As an online airport customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers via online channels such as chat and email. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels, ensuring that our customers receive timely and accurate information.
