The Role

As a Data Entry/Accounts Payable Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' accounts payable processes. Daily Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data into our user-friendly software system

• Deliver exceptional customer service through email and phone support
• Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors through friendly, timely, and effective communication
• Promptly research, resolve, and follow up on any discrepancies or issues
• Contribute to additional tasks as assigned, showcasing your versatility and adaptability

The Ideal Candidate

* Possesses exceptional data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail

• Brings at least 1 year of customer service experience, showcasing a customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
