[Remote] Data Entry Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Fundworks, LLC is a provider of alternative financing to small businesses and merchants, focusing on both healthy and challenged companies. The Data Entry Representative is responsible for processing and analyzing daily incoming submissions, ensuring accurate input of information into internal servers and generating related reports.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all required documents are submitted
- Create entries in our internal systems accurately inputting business and owner information
- Pull and review commercial and consumer credit reports
- Process 60+ submissions a day
- Communicate effectively throughout the analysis review
- Provide high quality customer service to internal and external clients
- Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by management
Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Resourceful – willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the team
- 1 - 3 years of previous financial services underwriting or processing experience
