[Remote] LNP Specialist - Provisioning

The role involves provisioning and configuring telecommunications services and solutions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provision and configure telecommunications services and solutions for customers accurately and efficiently
• Verify customer orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and correct
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to confirm service requirements and timelines
• Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, ensuring a smooth deployment process
• Maintain and update internal documentation and records related to provisioning activities
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and services
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provisioning processes and workflows

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a provisioning, configuration, or similar role within the telecommunications or technology industry
• Understanding of telephony concepts and technologies is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using provisioning tools and CRM systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members
