Description & Requirements

The Senior Functional Consultant enables clients to realise business value from Infor Cloud Suite solutions by leading functional consulting engagements, driving fit to standard designs, and promoting Discrete Manufacturing industry best practices. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to manage requirements, improve business processes, and facilitate change within client organisations.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes

• Functional expertise in industry-aligned business processes and Cloud Suite configuration
• Effective management of requirements and business process improvement initiatives
• Proficient use of Infor consulting tools and methodologies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Leadership in consultancy delivery and mentoring
• Application of PBM dimensions to drive impactful consulting outcomes

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in functional consulting within ERP or Cloud Suite environments with exposure to Discrete Manufacturing industry customers.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and solution design aligned with industry standards.
• Familiarity with Infor Process Intelligence Portal, Time to Value (T2V) methodology, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and team collaboration
• Commitment to ongoing learning and application of Principle Based Management (PBM) principles
