The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services. You'll need to respond quickly and professionally to ensure that customers feel valued and heard. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information and provide creative solutions
  • Customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
  • Time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to stay focused and adapt to changes in technology, processes, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
