Responsibilities of the Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative Role
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and recommendations
- Using excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns
- Adhering to company and departmental guidelines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Requirements
We're looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High school graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of call center experience, preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
As a remote worker, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet connection requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
