Job Overview

We are currently recruiting top talent for our Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Center, and we are excited to offer a permanent work-from-home opportunity for candidates in the PST/CST/MST time zone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing empathetic and member-centric service to our Medicare members. You will be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. Key Responsibilities

  • Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts

  • Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, empathy, and patience. You should have basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, as well as the ability to apply patience and compassion in a fast-paced environment. Equivalent military experience is also valued.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
