Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our crew across various disciplines, enhancing our workflow efficiency, and contributing to the development of our high-quality games. You'll collaborate with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process. Your expertise will help us create custom solutions, implement new tools, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and challenges in our development process
- Develop and implement custom solutions to address identified issues
- Work with our team to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected solution
- Assist in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
- Build and guide custom asset pipelines
- Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines
- Preserve, extend, and aid existing development gear
- Develop and implement new tools and technologies to enhance our workflow efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* Strong passion for empowering others to excel in their roles
- Experience with custom game engines (e.g., Unreal or Unity)
- Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and Net Tech
- Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of game development disciplines and workflows
