Job Description As a Data Entry Associate, you'll play a critical role in our operations, managing a wide range of transaction types and ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established processes. Your daily tasks will involve: * Managing a variety of transaction types (totaling 31) within the Customer Communications Unit Que, Settlement Options Team, Money Out Team, Premium Team, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTs) Team, and Renewal Statements Team. * Handling tasks such as creating value quotes, processing policy status letters, updating beneficiaries, and managing settlement options. * Reviewing referrals and ensuring all data is in good order for processing, occasionally requiring outreach to other departments for escalated cases. * Assisting with premium management, including processing changes, suspending premiums, and managing tax withholdings. * Utilizing Salesforce for transactions and ensuring all work is pulled from the platform. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * A professional demeanor, demonstrating patience, composure, and a client service attitude. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement. * Salesforce and life insurance experience are advantageous, but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communications to the audience. * Patience and the ability to navigate a large corporate environment without constant support. * Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. * Ambition to succeed and strong people skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. * Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc. * Basic troubleshooting abilities, such as resolving internet connectivity issues.
