Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems and capable of typing 25 wpm, with excellent computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in mathematics and language skills.
  • At least 18 years of age with predictable and reliable attendance, demonstrating a commitment to your role and our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical requirements for a home office setup, including a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
