As a strategic leader, you will establish strong relationships with your stakeholders, understand their needs, and drive the development of data-driven solutions to meet those needs. You will investigate product requirements, foster collaborative projects, and ensure the successful execution of production schedules across multiple drives and initiatives that support marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing teams, ensuring that their data needs are met and staying up-to-date on business or operational approaches to guarantee that data resources address their requirements.
  • Drive the execution of all cycles in the data resource lifecycle, including product and industry research, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and asset launch in support of marketing.
  • Collaborate with data product managers, source creators, and partners to resolve critical data quality issues that impact marketing.
  • Translate marketing strategy into detailed data requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as data creators, analysts, and data architects, to align the strategy around data resources.
  • Communicate space updates, releases, and guides to end-users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of data-driven solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in product management, ideally in the hospitality or travel industry, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Related experience with managing business relationships, including measuring the effectiveness of partner satisfaction.
  • Ability to generalize business use cases, capture data information/structure concepts, and clearly communicate those to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to translate business needs into requirements.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent work experience, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in product management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Additional experience in marketing, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven solutions.

Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex data sets and drive business decisions.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, technologies, and methodologies, such as data visualization, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
