As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to launch your insurance career with arenaflex's comprehensive training program. Our 5-day paid training will prepare you for the State Insurance Exam, and we'll cover the cost of the exam and provide a trainer to support you every step of the way. After you pass your exam, we'll support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in.

Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
• Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
• Providing support to policyholders with policy changes requested.
• Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6 months of customer service experience minimum.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Ability to type 25 wpm.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Comfort with desktop computer systems.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
• Logical problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work various shifts.
• Ability to use Windows operating systems.
• Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you'll need:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
• An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
• Proof of internet speed required.
• A clean and quiet workspace.
