Key Responsibilities

- Assist healthcare providers with medical records management, documentation, and data entry while ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate telehealth sessions and ensure all technical and administrative aspects are addressed.
- Support billing processes, insurance verification, and claims submission.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy laws and maintain secure handling of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in healthcare support services.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare protocols.

Experience
