Key Responsibilities

  • * Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • * Resolve customer issues, including order inquiries, product questions, returns, refunds, and delivery concerns.
  • * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • * Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • * Meet and exceed individual performance metrics including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • * Uphold Chewys commitment to exceptional customer service and represent the companys values in every interaction.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • * Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with strong computer navigation skills.
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • * Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • * Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Experience
  • * 1+ year of experience in a customer service, call center, or remote support role.
  • * Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
  • * Previous experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is a plus.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time positions available, including weekends and holidays.
  • * Flexible shifts, including day, evening, and overnight schedules to support our 24/7 operation.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • * Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively.
  • * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business software.
  • * Passion for pets and pet-related products is a plus.
