Job Overview We are looking for a well-organized, detail-focused, and quality-driven Data Operations Analyst to join our remote team. As a Data Operations Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in efficiently processing the inflow of fund documents received via email and portals, ensuring accurate matching to the corresponding investor vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are savvy at navigating the web, working within web-based software applications, and possess excellent data-collection and data-entry skills.

Key Responsibilities

Access fund-related documents from various sources, including emails and online portals, and accurately match them to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios. Follow client-specific instructions to ensure proper handling and processing of emails and documents, and conduct thorough verification processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Communicate effectively with fund managers, colleagues, and external parties as needed, and meet targets for email and document throughput as established by your direct manager or supervisor. Utilize your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality data entry and processing, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to achieve shared goals. Demonstrate a capacity to work in a fast-paced professional role, with the ability to deliver high focus for the entirety of the workday and tolerate sometimes-repetitive workflows.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D., excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail in data entry. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. A demonstrated capacity to work in a fast-paced professional role is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications

An Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree is a plus, as is previous experience in data entry, operations, administration, or a similar role. Knowledge or experience within the financial services industry is also desirable, although not required.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour for a 40-hour workweek, with an approximate 9-month engagement. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. We prefer candidates who are willing to work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
