Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will be responsible for entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, processing prescriptions, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Enter patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems with accuracy and efficiency

• Process prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as voiding, returns, and exchanges
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
• Participate in training and professional development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)

• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

• Previous experience with pharmacy systems and software
• Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
• Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management
• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through our assigned PTCB training program
• Experience with web-based applications and e-commerce platforms
