About the Role

We're seeking native English customer service representatives to join our team and provide top-notch support for our clients' customers. As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our clients' brands, handling support tickets of all tiers and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Handle customer support tickets across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone support (for clients who require it)
  • Work within our clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk (training provided, but experience is a plus)
  • Prioritize quality and timeliness when responding to customer inquiries, ensuring that every customer receives a personalized and effective solution
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as required by our clients, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new processes and systems
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with our clients and their customers

  • Attention to detail: You'll need to be meticulous in your responses, ensuring that every customer inquiry is addressed accurately and thoroughly
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence: The ability to relate to customers, understand their concerns, and remain calm in challenging situations is crucial in this role
  • Flexibility and adaptability: You should be able to work within US timezones (PST, CST, EST) and adapt to changing client requirements and priorities
