We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team and participate in various projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying potential candidates, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities and skills:- Proactivity and ability to work in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Previous work experience (1+ year) in a related field, although this is not a requirement.
