Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a key member of our MHBP Service Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers. This role requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging, consulting, and educating members and providers regarding their needs and preferences
- Handling basic and complex customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring all interactions with customers are documented accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies and procedures in delivering exceptional customer service
- Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment (preferred)
