The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers through our online ticketing system. You'll be handling a wide range of inquiries, from processing batch order imports to assisting producers in navigating our platform to handling customer order questions. Kindness, patience, excellent customer service, and superb communication skills are essential in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through our online ticketing system

• Handle a wide range of inquiries, including processing batch order imports, assisting producers in navigating our platform, and handling customer order questions
• Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
• Participate in on-the-job training and be willing to learn and grow from mistakes
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a tasting room and/or other winery admin role

• 2 years' experience working with CRMs and multiple online platforms simultaneously
• High proficiency in Excel, including data review, transfer, and manipulation
• Skilled problem-solver and multitasker, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely, with strong time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with an aptitude for sales and dedication to customer satisfaction
• Patient, kind, and open communicator
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and be willing to learn and grow from mistakes

Compensation and Benefits:
