Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Real-time Customer Data Platform & Adobe Experience Platform

As a key member of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing and maintaining our Real-time CDP and Adobe Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining our Real-time CDP and Adobe Experience Platform to meet the commercial business needs of arenaflex.
• Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform.
• Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding the segment-building and RT-CDP platform.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions.
• Collaborating with IT and special teams to align on tech requirements and implementations.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform.
• Conducting daily audits to ensure maximum notable use of the platform.
• Leading education sessions to up-skill internal teams on the effective use of the platform.
• Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product improvements and workarounds.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation & marketing solution experience.
• Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information.
• Embraces diverse perspectives, thinking, and styles.
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

• Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital industrial business environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization.
