About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to get the most out of their vehicles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound telephone calls and/or chats for vehicle support customers
  • Review and investigate customer concerns for possible troubleshooting and remote diagnostics
  • Educate customers on how to self-serve, including directing them to the self-help website and self-scheduling appointments with the local service team
  • Provide an exceptional experience to our customers on a daily basis
  • Accurately document issues and records into CRM / Vehicle Support System
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest vehicle technologies and features to provide accurate and helpful support to customers

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience in customer support or a related field
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Evidence of excellent ability and a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer support skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to prioritize efficiently and manage moving priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, with rotating schedules every 6 months
  • Proficient with MS Windows, Office, and Outlook, and ability to efficiently navigate internet browsers and multiple internal systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of basic vehicle systems and technologies associated with towing and service of vehicle systems
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative vehicle technologies
  • Establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships with internal teams and customers
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines in a team-based environment
