Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Technician at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to efforts and initiatives in the deployment, maintenance, and support of cutting-edge and new data center infrastructure.
- Participating in complex troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues.
- Testing and troubleshooting new server and network hardware components and designs.
- Installing and maintaining switches, routers, and other large-scale networking equipment.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Linux OS-related issues.
Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Three years of experience in the upkeep and tracking of server systems, running systems, or networking protocols.
- Experience in upkeep and tracking of server systems.
- Experience in operating inside a data center or network operations center environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- Experience in operating with troubleshooting hardware or network-related issues using Linux-based tools.
- Experience working autonomously and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate and work with people and teams to overcome challenges.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adjust priorities.
