Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our Card Members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded in every interaction. You'll work closely with our team to deliver seamless experiences, resolve issues efficiently, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome Card Members upon arrival, setting the tone for a memorable experience

• Provide personalized support and guidance to Card Members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize the Client First mindset to anticipate and meet Card Members' expectations, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Offer recommendations and suggestions to enhance Card Members' experiences, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services
• Collaborate with our food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Provide travel assistance and booking support, leveraging your expertise to make travel planning effortless
• Work closely with our team to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring Card Members' concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
• Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience is a plus, including reservation experience
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional service, exceeding customer expectations in every interaction
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging demeanor
• Ability to listen attentively to Card Members' needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their expectations
• High level of emotional intelligence, with a positive and uplifting attitude in all interactions
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and depend on colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing Card Members' experiences in unexpected situations
• Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms, with ease and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific work tasks
