Job Summary

As a Finance Rotational Partner, you'll play a key role in driving the financial success of arenaflex's US Retail, Corporate, and Treasury divisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, develop insights, and drive business decisions. You'll also have the opportunity to rotate through four different finance roles, gaining a broad range of experience and skills that will set you up for success in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with internal stakeholders, including retail teams, customer service, and global organizations, to develop financial analysis and drive business solutions

• Create budget summaries, assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, and develop forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for four different finance offices
• Share your development plans and receive regular guidance from senior finance leaders
• Build relationships across the finance organization and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a certified undergraduate or graduate program in Accounting or a related field

• Strong interest in finance, accounting, or financial analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
