Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer complaints, provide information, and answer questions about our services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to passengers via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer questions and provide information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Identify and report customer feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service role in the airline or travel industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
