Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Labor Force Activities Work Execution team. As a Sr. Tasks Business Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with our store and HR partners to address concerns, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Tasks Business Expert – Labor Force Activities Work Execution, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead task groups of experts and partners to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Perform data gathering, combination, and analysis to develop solutions and recommendations
- Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams, including store and HR partners, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and industry trends
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
Travel and Working Conditions
As a Sr. Tasks Business Expert – Labor Force Activities Work Execution, you will typically spend 90% of your time working from home, with occasional travel to meet with stakeholders and partners. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
- Experience driving high-performing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Strong business acumen, including knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and business strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leaders and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in retail or a related industry
- Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Data Scientist) principles and practices
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
