Position Overview

We're hiring Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisors to help serve and support our growing client base. You'll work exclusively with warm leads and members who have already requested benefits information, providing them with personalized consultations, education, and support to help them make informed decisions about their life, health, accident, and income protection plans.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct virtual consultations with union members and working-class families via Zoom, providing them with personalized guidance and support
  • Present benefit options tailored to each client's needs, helping them make informed decisions about their life, health, accident, and income protection plans
  • Educate clients on life, health, accident, and income protection plans, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options
  • Provide top-tier customer service and follow-up, building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records using a CRM platform, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team
  • Collaborate with team leaders and participate in weekly performance meetings, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Grow into leadership roles with mentorship and guidance, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as you develop your skills and expertise

Compensation & Benefits

As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • $60,000 to $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission + performance bonuses)

Who We're Looking For

  • A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving success and exceeding targets
  • Tech-savvy skills, with experience using Zoom and other virtual collaboration tools
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and self-starting mindset
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration is a plus, but not required
  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
